Data, purposes and lawful bases

We process data provided in enquiries, chat, phone, email and bookings to respond, recommend a property, check availability, prepare the agreement and manage the stay. The lawful bases are pre-contractual steps or contract, legal obligations and consent where required.

With analytics consent, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions. Consent can be withdrawn through Cookie settings.

Recipients and external services

Only necessary hosting, technology and booking providers receive data under appropriate safeguards. Avaibook or WhatsApp then apply their own policies. Google Analytics loads only with consent and may process data outside the EEA under applicable safeguards.

Retention

Enquiries are kept as long as needed; booking, tax and contractual data for statutory periods; consent-based data until withdrawal or the technical term stated in the cookie policy.

Children and security

The service is not intended for minors to enter into rental contracts. Do not submit sensitive data. Reasonable security measures are applied.
